Training Secret 15- "Pure Core"

You train your core for movement patterns and stability.  If the spine moves during exercise, the core muscles are strengthened.  The core is being made mobile, not stable.  Definition of stability is ability to control movement force, not production of movement force or not generation of movement force.  In other words, control your spine while exercising, don't produce or generate force from your spine.  Instead, hold your spine in a neutral position, breathe and move your arms and legs similar to your sport or activity, while stressing and keeping your core stable.  In conclusion, the core and abs stay still and your outer extremities move similar to your sport.
